Website hosting

This static website is served via Cloudflare Pages. When you access it, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, time of access, browser or device details, and security information to deliver and protect the website.

Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website. We do not maintain our own visitor-profile database. The retention of infrastructure records depends on the relevant Cloudflare services and settings; please also see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cloudflare operates internationally; its privacy notice describes its processing and possible international transfers. We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security.

Email contact

If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any voluntarily supplied information to answer you and manage the conversation. Our custom-domain email addresses use Apple iCloud Mail.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when related to a contractual or pre-contractual request, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. We keep messages for as long as necessary for the purpose, unless a legal retention obligation applies. See Apple's privacy information.

Analytics and cookies

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand how people use the Studio 149 website. Our measurement ID is G-CMHJPR47Z1. Depending on your visit, Google Analytics may receive information such as page views, approximate location, device/browser details and interaction data. Google's services may involve data transfers outside the EEA, including to the United States. See Google's privacy policy.

Analytics is off by default. We don't load the Google tag or send Google Analytics measurement requests until you click “Allow analytics.” If you reject, no Google Analytics script loads. Google Analytics may then set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions (Google's standard cookie lifetime can be up to two years). Actual measurement retention is also subject to our Google Analytics property settings.

The legal basis for optional analytics is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, with consent for accessing or storing information on your device under Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or here. Withdrawing consent prevents further analytics loading and attempts to clear the relevant first-party analytics cookies.

Essential technical settings may be used for site functionality and security, including Cloudflare protection and storing your consent choice. The current site otherwise uses no advertising trackers, external web fonts, embedded social widgets, or contact form.

Links to FC Clubs Stats, the App Store, and Google Play lead to other websites only when you click them. The privacy terms of those sites then apply.
